After Dispatch

Refunds can be made at dollar value in the currency of the payment made.

  • Less transaction fees
  • In returns in relation to products purchased from merchants, the 1.9% fee of the transaction to CazShop is not refunded
  • A charge of 15% is applied on all returns
  • Refund will be made within 7 days of the merchant confirming the return is received
  • In cases of dispute, the decision will be made by CazShop and this decision is final.

Cancelations

Refunds can be made at dollar value in the currency of the payment made.

  • Less transaction fees
  • In returns in relation to products purchased from merchants, the 1.9% fee of the transaction to CazShop is not refunded
  • A charge of 5% is applied on all cancelations made prior to dispatch
  • Refund will be made within 48hours
  • In cases of dispute, the decision will be made by CazShop and this decision is final.

 

 

 

 

My product I purchased is faulty – how can I return it?

Message the merchant and let them know of your experience. Include an image if applicable or any other information that will help the merchant in processing the issue which may allow them to sort out the issue as soon as possible for all parties concerned. The merchant may indeed accept the return as per their policy or send you a new product, whichever is most suitable. Each merchant has their own specific return policy, please check before each purchase.

I don’t want a product anymore – how can I return it?

Message the merchant and arrange the return within the terms of their return policy provided. A merchant won’t respond to my emails or merchant is refusing to refund me Contact us on support@cazshop.io‚Äč and we will assist.
